The check-in process went smoothly and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The room was overall satisfactory and had a decently sized fridge. The location of the hotel was great - away from the bustling tourist areas but still within a reasonable driving distance.
The bed in the room was uncomfortably hard, and we were only provided with one pillow each. the noise from the nearby highway was very disruptive during the night, with trucks passing by regularly.

The rooms were very clean and the price was excellent.
Could have used more than two towels in the room.

it was too far away from the city, it is at least a one hour walk to niagara falls. So its pretty misleading when they say its 10 minutes ride. This was a major annoyance for us. i wouldn't say the staff was unfriendly but they were ignorant. There are no kitchen facilities. However the rooms were clean but there were a lot of flies and it wasn't really all that cheap. the room had two queen sized beds yet they charged us extra. The bath tub was also slimey. i wouldn't recommend it to others. Even the ice was being sold and the air conditioning was extremely noisy. i would much rather stay in the city because you are anyways going to spend the money on the cabs. The walls were very thin and the people next door to us were making noise until 4am in the morning. We could also hear their aircon through our door and it was very noisy. At least let travellers know that they should go there only if they have a car its practically out of the city. the wifi doesn't really work as well. electronic devices in the room were ancient and noisy and there was a plastic cover on the lampshade to keep them new. All in all it was a very annoying experience. its only for people with cars and lots of food because there are no eateries around.

There was very little we liked about the room we stayed in, the bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were flat and the ac sounded like a rock crusher. The price I was given on line was 147.00 but had to pay 178.00. There was no ice on premises and no Kleenex. Every thing about this place was cheap except the price.

We had a small issue with the WiFi, but the staff quickly resolved it and got us back online. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the heart-shaped jetted tub after a long day of exploring. I recommend this hotel for a quiet and relaxing stay.

I stayed at this motel over New Year's Eve. Others in the area had up to a 400% markup on regular pricing. America's Best Value did not price gouge for the holiday.
This is a clear case of "you get what you pay for". The rooms are clean, but nothing is of very high quality here. None the less, I got a good nights sleep, and was only a few minutes drive into the city.

The value for money at this hotel was amazing! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the essential amenities like air conditioning and a fridge. The location was perfect for us as it was quiet and away from the busy tourist areas, allowing us to explore more of Canada. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
The only thing that could have made breakfast better was more variety of food options.

We had a very pleasant stay at a hotel that more than met our needs. The room at Milan Garden Inn was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool was refreshing and well-maintained, and we enjoyed the fact that it wasn't too crowded. The location, although a bit away from the main attractions, allowed us to explore more of the surrounding area, which was quiet and peaceful. We also appreciated the fact that parking was included in the price. Milan Garden Inn was a great place to stay, especially considering the reasonable rates.
Nothing, it was perfect! 😊
